Mya's birthday cake

When we were growing up, My mom use to always make us homemade cakes for our birthdays and it has carried on to me and my kids. I think it is so much fun to make a cute cake each year for their birthdays. This year Mya wanted a pink cake. She is obsessed with pink. She couldn't decide between My Little Pony or a Barbie but as soon as she found out the barbie dress could be pink she had her mind made up.
I decided to try something new so I went and bought some fondant. I was kind of scared it would turn into a disaster because I have never used fondant before but it turned out okay I think. Lets just hope it stays that way over night. That is why I had to take a pic. as soon as I got done...just incase it happens to fall apart before morning.
