After hearing about Porter, The Today Show and Good Morning America both contacted him and wanted him on their show. He said he wouldn't go unless he could take the starting five with him and Goor Morning America agreed. Here is a clip of him on the show.

Ya Crystal they went. They just stood in the background by the basket.
