silly putty

The other day I was at Walmart trying to find a new toy for Mya that would keep her entertained and quiet at church. After a while of walking up and down the isles, looking at all of the toys, which were all over priced, I found a winner. Silly putty, the cheapest toy around. Which is much better than play dough, not as messy but just as fun, and you can take it anywhere. I would highly recommend it to all mothers. Mya and her cousins have played with it for hours. Its was the best two dollars I've ever spent.

High school bball

Having had a lot of free time with Micah being gone, one of my favorite things to do is watch my twin brothers play basketball. The whole team was really sad when they heard Micah wasn't going to be here for their bball season cause he would always cheer really loud and get them pumped up. At least he will be there for Lance and Tyce's senior year.

My brothers Lance #1, Tyce #2, and Porter Ellett #20 (notice Porter only has one arm)

It is fun to watch Porter play ball. When he was 4 years old he fell out of the back of a pickup and damaged the nerves in his arm. The crazy thing is that he is just as good as the rest of them. He also played baseball, its amazing. He is going to be in the New Era in Feb.

Sledding

Mya had fun playing in the snow with her cousin TJ and her Uncle Ted. She reminded me of the boy on the Christmas story. She was so bundled up she could barely even walk or put her arms down. I don't like the cold or snow or sledding and I think it's because I was always freezing the whole time I was outside so I just wanted to make sure Mya was warm enough so that she would enjoy it.

Small town sledding is the best, the roads don't get plowed and there are hardly any cars so you can just walk out the front door and you are good to go.

Mya liked just sitting on the four wheeler more than sledding. She was so excited to see a four wheeler that looked like her daddy's "yellow"

I want pink Truck

Every time Mya talks on the phone to her dad, she for some reason asks him to bring her home a pink truck when he comes. When he came for Christmas she got her wish. It is the closest he could find and she loves it. She is not a very good driver though, and with it being so cold outside she just drives it back and forth in the house. She doesn't watch where she is going, just pushes on the gas and drives until she rams into the wall and almost gets whiplash, then puts it in reverse and doesn't turn around to see where she is going or anything and does the same until she hits the other wall. oh, what fun! It is really cute it has a real radio and little seat belts, and doors that open. It's kind of embarrassing to admit but me inheriting my mothers genes, I am able to get in and drive her around it's quite fun. She can't wait to take it outside and take her cousins Harper and Nathan, and our neighbor Dre for a ride.
